Family & Lifestyle
Family is the most important thing in our lives. We feel blessed to have loving parents supporting us on our adoption journey; they can’t wait to become grandparents again! We also feel lucky to have wonderful siblings and in-laws who will be amazing aunts and uncles to your child. (To say they’re excited for us to grow our family through adoption is an understatement.) Our 13 beautiful nieces and nephews bring us so much joy; watching them grow has been incredible for us and makes us even more excited to be dads.
Because family is so important us, we are open to having your child have a relationship with their biological family. However, we know that this may not always be possible and will honor your wishes regarding the level of openness you are comfortable with.

Our Lifestyle
We live in a quiet, safe neighborhood in the suburbs of Long Island, just 30 mins outside of New York City. Our home was Lou's childhood home and we have been fixing it up room by room for the last three years. Downtown shops and restaurants, walking paths, sports fields and playgrounds are all within a 10 minute walk. One of our favorite things about our neighborhood is the diversity of the people who live here. Many young families call this area home and we have developed deep friendships with our neighbors. We both agree that this is a perfect area to raise a child.
After work and on the weekends, we enjoy exploring the metro area, trying new restaurants and cafes, and relaxing on our deck. Our dog, Sully is very mild-tempered and can often be found by our side waiting to go on another walk through the neighborhood. The majority of our friends and family live near us and we enjoy getting together for dinners, game nights and bonfires.
